Job Description

Technical Implementation & Integration (Hands-On Execution)

• Develop, configure, and optimize Workday modules, including HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials.
• Build, manage, and troubleshoot Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Web Services, and APIs.
• Implement and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, and workflows.
• Directly execute system configurations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
• Design and deploy advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and Finance.
• Work hands-on with HR, Finance, and IT to resolve system issues and improve performance.

Workday Strategy & Transformation

• Develop and own the Workday strategy to optimize HR and Finance processes through automation, integrations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT leaders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
• Recommend process improvements and new functionalities that drive efficiency and self-service enablement.
• Stay current on Workday releases, evaluating and implementing new features that align with business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement

• Partner with HR and Finance teams to drive user adoption and empower them to leverage Workday effectively.
• Lead training and knowledge-sharing to enhance internal Workday expertise and reduce dependency on external consultants.
• Act as the Workday subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and best practices.
• Manage Workday-related projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company objectives.
