Role: Relationship Manager
Location: Vadodara, Jamnagar, Valsad, Vizag (Vishakhapatnam)
We are looking for experienced Sales professionals to drive & manage sales and distribution activities in their respective assigned branches / areas to ensure the sales targets assigned to them are met. Also responsible for maintaining relationships with channel partners/clients across all assigned channels.
Job Responsibility:
The position is responsible for prospecting, selling & managing business leaders in national and multinational organizations and banks in the assigned region.
Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned corporates /distributors / agents / banks in the area for growth in business.
Developing business through consultative engagement with Branch Managers / Senior RMs.
Mapping the opportunity for primary selling, relationship managing & cross selling a range of M.F (investment) Products.
Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market.
Market & industry analysis.
Generating & increasing sales.
Influence decision making at senior levels of prospective business organizations.
Experience Required:
Min 5 years of relevant experience
Exposure to M.F industry will be added advantage.
Technical & Professional Knowledge required:
Product knowledge.
Market knowledge / extensively networked.
Key account management skills.
Educational Qualification:
Mandatory: NISM certification
Preferable: Management Graduate (MBA or equivalent)
