Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects and teams from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and project delivery
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
- Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions on time and within budget
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise
- Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and innovation
Roles:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
- Lead the execution of technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment
- Identify potential risks and challenges in project delivery and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the project stays on track
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals
- Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet established standards and requirements
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement
Skills:
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Proven team handling and international project management expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Technical proficiency in specific tech stacks and project management tools
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Technical Skills:
- Microservice: Docker, RabbitMQ, APIM
- Database: MSSQL, PostgreSQL
- Frontend: TypeScript, Angular
- Backend: .NET Core, EF Core, Dapper, Fluent Validations
- Tools: JIRA, Git Bash, PowerShell, Docker
Additional Responsibilities:
- Solution-oriented, both technically and operationally
- Must be a good communicator
- Ability to deliver and define sprints effectively
- Ability to mentor junior software developers and collaborate with all stakeholders
- Knowledge of best practices related to data encryption and API security
- Understanding of cloud services to consult and design scalable solutions
