 Junior People Partner

Job Description

  • Assist in onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and integration into the company culture.
  • Provide support in offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees.
  • Learn and understand HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency in their application.
  • Assist in the documentation and maintenance of HR records and databases.
  • Support People Partners in addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances promptly.
  • Observe and learn conflict resolution techniques and best practices for maintaining positive employee relations.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs.
  • Learn to utilize HR systems and tools for data collection and analysis.
  • Assist in generating reports and presentations to communicate HR metrics and trends.
  • Assist in analysing HR data to identify trends and insights.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
KRA: Onboarding:
    • KPI: Ensure a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
    • KPI: Onboarding completion rate 7 business days.
KRA: Response to Background Verification (BGV) Requests:
    • KPI: Ensure timely and accurate response to BGV requests.
    • KPI: BGV response time 3 business days,
    • KPI: 100% accuracy of information provided.
KRA: HR Help Desk
    • o KPI: Provide timely assistance and resolution to HR-related queries.
    • o KPI: Resolution time 5 business working days,
KRA: HRMS Changes
    • o KPI: Ensure 100% accuracy and efficiency in HRMS updates.
    • o KPI: Zero error rate.
    • o KPI: Information update time 3 business days.
KRA: Attendance Regularizations
    • o KPI: Ensure compliance with attendance policies.
    • o KPI: Attendance regularization with zero discrepancy.
    • o KPI: Response time for attendance-related issues 3 business working days.
KRA: Contract Renewal
    • o KRA: Manage contract renewal processes efficiently with 100% accuracy.
    • o KPI: Response time with consultants within 3 business days.
