We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Benchsales Recruiter with 5+ years of proven success in marketing IT consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and USC) to implementation partners, direct clients, and preferred vendors. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the US IT staffing industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Market consultants placed on the bench (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.) to clients and vendors.
Develop and maintain relationships with implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients.
Create and manage consultant profiles, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Work closely with the recruitment and technical teams to understand skill sets and project needs.
Utilize job portals, social media, and other sourcing methods to identify suitable opportunities for bench consultants.
Negotiate rate/salary with vendors and clients to ensure maximum profitability.
Handle interview scheduling, follow-ups, and client feedback coordination.
Maintain and update the database of consultants and client contacts.
Ensure timely placements and effective utilization of bench consultants.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
Strong understanding of the US recruitment and immigration process.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of successful placements.
Experience using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social networks (LinkedIn), and vendor management systems (VMS).
High level of initiative and drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple consultants simultaneously.
