Job Description

Team Management (work assignment / Guidance for improvement / Role and responsibility)

Developing & align Outbound and Inbound Call Centre Campaigns

Implementation of Call Centre Process and Dialler based Auto calling features

Understanding process and implementing changes to build robust system

Keep track of Performance & identify scope of improvement

Developing & maintaining Portfolio reports

Monitoring Training & Audits processes for the Call Centre Agents

Atomization of process and developing SOPs

Synchronizing scattered Operations and bringing under Astral One umbrella

Managing day to day Operations & supporting Business Team as per their requirements

Day to Day Dialler Management, including Breaks, Login hours & keep Abandon Ratio under check

Analysis, identifying process gaps and sketch improvement plan
