Title: Key Account Manager D2C onlineAbout Us: Paytm Payments Services Limited houses the Paytm payment gateway business which enables thousands of online merchants to offer world class frictionless payment experience to their customers. We are present across large enterprises and startups including well known unicorns alike. We strive to take payments beyond an enabler and an instrument to drive revenue and user growth for our merchants. Online Payment Gateway is Paytms B2B Business regulated by RBI as it allows only authorized entities to conduct PA PG (Payment Aggregator Payment Gateway) business. This business is responsible for growing the penetration of Paytms PA PG business in the Indian merchants.About the Role: - We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager D2C online to drive growth and build strong customer relationships across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of D2C platforms, eCommerce dynamics, customer behaviour, and digital performance metrics. This role will be responsible for driving revenue, optimizing user experience, and increasing customer lifetime value.Expectations/ Requirements: -Account Management:

  1. Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and liaison
  2. Ensuring clients satisfaction with the products/services and resolving any issues promptly.
  3. Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively & Promptly
  4. Developing and executing strategic plans to grow the account and achieve mutual business objectives
  5. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts and exploring potential new clients


Revenue & Growth:

  1. Own and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets across D2C accounts.
  2. Identify new growth opportunities, upselling, cross-selling, and customer segmentation strategies.
  3. Monitor sales KPIs and performance analytics to improve conversion rates and ROI.


Reporting & Insights:

  1. Provide detailed performance reports, dashboards, and insights to leadership.
  2. Use data to recommend strategic changes and optimize processes.

Qualifications: - 5+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelors degree Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role: -

  1. Overall 5+years of relevant experience in Key Account Management/Sales in B2B space.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  3. Knowledge of best customer service practices.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
  5. Go-getter attitude.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, digitally-driven environment.
  7. Hardworking with strong work ethics.
