Designation: Executive

Job Location: Malad West

Immediate Joiners will be highly preferred.

Experience, Qualifications and Skills:

1. Any Graduates with 2-3 yrs. of experience in HR Domain OR MBA in HR with 1-2 yrs experience.

2. Diploma in HR or Professional HR certification courses.

3. Excellent with communication skills (Verbal & Written).

4. Basic knowledge on statutory compliances.

5. Must be proficient with MS words, advance excel, outlook etc.

6. Good with interpersonal skills

Job Profile:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Job Analysis
• Preparing Job Description as per the desired profile, getting it approved from the concerned department, uploading the vacancies on job portals
• Sourcing and selecting good talent through various sources
• Scheduling, conducting and coordinating the Interviews at all levels
• Referral / background check.

2. Joining Formalities, Induction & Orientation:

• Joining formalities of the new joinees
• Workspace allocation, creation of E-mail ID, ID & Visiting card for the new joiners
• Induction on company policies and departments

3. Other Activities:

• Coordinating with bankers for account opening of new joinees.
• Coordinating with HO Team for Ecode Generation & UAN Generation.
• New joinee details updating in CRM.
• Generating ESIC Forms
• Preparing HR Reports with regards to new joinee, PF & ESIC etc.
• Birthday Celebration on monthly basis
• Helping other HR Team members as an when required.
