Job Description

  • Should have relevant experience of 0-1 years . Freshers can apply as well.
  • Can work from office - Sector 63, Noida
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (Spoken Written)
  • Must be a graduate in any relevant field.
  • Should have a good understanding of product sales and must be goal oriented.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

Job Description:

  • Define project strategy roadmap.
  • Provide product demos to prospective clients and focus on client onboarding.
  • Understanding client s needs requirements according to the product.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
  • Conducting product campaigns and resolving customer queries.
  • Work on team management in order to achieve better results in work performance.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
