Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to lead the growth of our franchising vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective franchise partners, articulating our business model, and managing the entire franchise acquisition processfrom lead generation through deal closure. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful outlet launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the franchising landscape, including industry trends, competitors, and our unique value proposition.
  • Identify, engage, and convert high-potential franchise prospects through consultative selling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective franchisees, guiding them through the journey from initial interest to final agreement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of franchise agreements and timely outlet launches.
  • Own and optimize the franchise sales funnel, continuously improving conversion rates and pipeline quality.
  • Track and report key metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree/MBA with 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Franchise Development, or Account Management (preferably in F&B, retail, or consumer-facing industries).
  • Demonstrated success in B2B or B2C franchise sales and relationship management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, goal-oriented attitude and strong business acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, outlet visits, and business expansion efforts.
