Job Description

  • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Officer to join our team and help us in the next level of growth
  • We want someone who doesn t see this as a typical sales job, but rather as a chance to collaborate with clients and our team to deliver the right solution on time; every time; someone who can blend user experience, business acumen, and client empathy
  • Our ideal hire is someone who is a strategic thinker, quick learner, enthusiastic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the team
  • Building strong relationships, trust, and credibility across the team and with our clients will be critical to success in this role

Responsibilities:

  • Provide new clients with the right digital marketing strategy after getting an in-depth understanding of their business
  • Identify marketing strategies including new markets, prospects, the latest trends, services, etc.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
  • Keep up-to-date with new trends and technologies and refine the marketing strategies to deliver optimum results.
  • Proficiency in time management to manage multiple tasks without losing focus or quality.
  • The role will cover Prospecting, Lead Generation, Cold calling, Meeting clients

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pleasing Personality and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Prior experience in sales and technical knowledge will be added bonus
