SALARY : INR 20,000 (MAX)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-
- Must be 12th Pass.
Must have at least 01 years of experience as an Hr recruiter Profile for bpo sector.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We need below mentioned roles for HR Generalist:-
- Agent placement by utilizing recruiters and taking interviews
- Negotiating salaries
- Maintaining documentations & Life cycle for the agents
- Maintaining & creative company policies
- Responsible for Inductions of the agents
