WiFi Operations Support - Contract - Remote @ World Wide Technology

Job Description

1. Prepare and review cutsheets with Level 3 Operations.
2. Work with all MS WiFi Technologies.
3. Full knowledge and ability to support WiFi refresh.
4. Access Points (Cisco 9136, 9130, 3702, and 3802))
5. Switch (Cisco Cat 9k)
6. Wireless LAN Controller (Cisco 5520, 8540, 9800)
7. Support remote configuration of WiFi controllers and switches as needed.
8. Testing support for Personal, Guest, and Next Gen WiFi networks.
9. Act as point of escalation for Operations-related issues and tasks.
10. Ability to work with vendors and field technicians.
11. Online and participate for Thursday / Friday night migrations (3pm 11pm EST).
