Job Description

- Take end to end ownership of the customers issue and follow through commitments.
- Use simple language which is clearly understood by the customer.
- Resolve customers query over the Web chat.
- Immediate joiningHR - Mr. Vamsi - 70939 24644

Required Candidate profile

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Minimum 06 month experienced in live chat international BPO
Any Graduate
5 days working with 2 rotational week off
Both side cab providing.
