Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop new accounts through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive revenue growth.
- Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions using SaaS products such as PAAS, SaaS Cloud, and Edutech platforms.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development, Marketing) to stay updated on product offerings and market trends.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the education sector or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of English language proficiency required for effective communication with international clients.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas consistently over an extended period.
