Our client is a rapidly growing health startup in India and globally, dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare through Connected Healthcare and remote patient monitoring. They are at the forefront of innovation with their AI-based early warning system and connected bed technology.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Field Clinical Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up devices in hospitals, conducting site recce, training healthcare professionals and patients, and coordinating activities with the remote team.

Responsibilities

Visit hospitals to set up devices
Conduct site recce and communicate device requirements to the remote team
Train nurses, doctors, and patients on the patient monitoring dashboard
Coordinate with the remote team regarding on-site activities
Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals

Requirements

Requirements:

Any Graduation
1-2 years of field operations/field sales experience is needed
Willingness to travel within the city and own a 2-wheeler
Availability for working inside hospital wards and night shifts
Strong communication skills and proficiency in local languages
Basic computer operating skills
Prior experience in the hospital/healthcare segment and working with startups is a plus
