Job Description

• Managing the import/export process and ensuring compliance with all required government laws and licensing regulations
• Developing and implementing systems and policies to administer documentation processes required to import and export merchandise and materials
• Coordinating the clearing and forwarding of all imports and exports for the company, as well as costing of all import shipments
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers of raw materials or manufacturers who use the companys products
• Organizing oversea shipment by adhering to the given shipping instruction and arranging shipment efficiently in a timely manner through different modes of transportation
