Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: -

-Handling customer requirements.
-CRM.
-Competitor Information.
-Handling all mails/ Create MIS Report/Take Follow Up with Team/ Admin Activity.
-Pre sales & Post- Sales  Activity.

-Must be able to execute in Real Time.

-Must have the ability to plan and execute.

-Should be able to start and complete projects to make a difference in the functioning of the business. 

-Materials pick up planning from local suppliers.
-Updating Shipments status to respective Clients on phone calls as well as through email.
-Coordinating with Docks staff on a regular Basis for customs Clearance activities.
-Doing regular follow up with Clients Nominated Freight Forwarders for Various Issues
-Co - ordination with client regarding Dispatch of Cargo.
-Follow up the shipment with operation staff , Freight Forwarder up to hand over the cargo.
-Handling Nomination Shipments
-Coordinate with an overseas Business Partner.
