Maropost is currently looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. In this role you will be responsible to hire resources for our development and customer success roles for India office. This role is reporting to the Manager, Global Talent Acquisition. What Youll be Responsible for:
Must have working experience in Technical & Non-Technical recruitments
Extend and negotiate compensation packages, and manage subsequent offers.
Ability to understand basic technical requirements to conduct position searches in a time-sensitive fast-paced environment
Must be able to use multiple search portals to produce results-driven
Conduct pre-screen technical interviews with candidates
Communicate at all levels to inform the recruiting team and management of candidate search statuses
Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure a strategic partnership.
Ability to maintain a steady stream of candidates in the pipeline
Use of appropriate systems to track candidates through the recruiting process
Excellent networking skills and the ability to source candidates through social media and other non-traditional methods
Drive to successfully select and present positive high-quality candidates within strict time-sensitive time frames
Participate in weekly meetings with the recruiting team and management
What Youll need to bring to Maropost
8+ years of corporate full life cycle recruiting experience (Specifically in Recruitments)
Previous experience with direct sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn is a must.
Act as a Brand Ambassador for Maropost
Well aware about the Market Analysis.
Experience coordinating with global teams.
Degree in Human Resources.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems or HRIS (BambooHR experience is a plus).
Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment techniques and methods.
Strong candidate relationship management skills, with practical experience in building, maintaining, and leveraging proactive candidate pipelines.
Strong ability to negotiate and influence at all levels of the organization; ability to build and maintain credibility at all levels of the organization.
Being technically savvy.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet conflicting deadlines.
Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
