Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to customers who already used our services and share negative feedback for any reason
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Providing information as per customer query related to the customer health plan
- Resolving customers issues in a timely manner
- Escalating issues to the appropriate department or IT
- Documenting all interactions with customers for future QA
Preferred candidate profile
- Require 0- 2 years of experience
- Candidate must have good English communication
- Qualification - graduate/diploma or post graduates
- Candidate should be comfortable with location Noida (work from office)
- Immediate joiners - 15 days notice period candidates preffered
