Job Description

Attend walk-in customers and provide accurate information regarding gold loan products.
Evaluate the quality and purity of gold ornaments.
Process gold loan applications, perform KYC verification, and maintain loan documentation.
Ensure timely disbursal of loans and proper documentation.
Monitor and follow up on interest collection and loan repayments.
Maintain records of pledged gold and ensure safe custody in vaults.
Cross-sell financial products like insurance, savings accounts, etc.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI guidelines.Role & responsibilities
