Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the reconciliation team to ensure accurate and timely processing of NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations for hedge funds.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and implement process improvements in Geneva-based operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily activities of the team, providing guidance on complex issues related to fund accounting, investment banking, and financial services.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years' experience in a similar role within an investment bank or financial institution.
57 years of experience in reconciliation implementation, configuration, or
financial system support.
Hands-on experience with at least one reconciliation platform (e.g.,
Intellimatch, SmartStream TLM, AutoRek, ReconArt, or equivalent).- Strong understanding of hedge funds, including their structure, valuation methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively across different locations (Geneva).
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
