Job Description
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Mulesoft and overall 5+ years of experience.
- Expert in application development technologies supported by their team.
- Ability to lead work with analysts and test engineers to move application changes through all stages of development.
- Analyzes existing program logic to determine best method of accomplishing required changes or cause application error.
- Directs and supports maintenance and tackles the most challenging modification of applications as directed.
- Drives technical design and code architecture within their application.
- Demonstrates a firm understanding of their application and how it fits into the overall domain.
- Conduct extensive code reviews and actively make recommendations for following standards and best practices when reviewing.
- Work with junior level developers, analysts, and test engineers to help move work done by junior peers through the stages of development.
- Ability to lead a small team and ensure work is moving forward and roadblocks are being addressed.
- Act as a leader and coach to less experienced team members or newer team members learning their technology or application.
- Displays a level of influence outside of their immediate team.
- Work with technology partners to ensure delivery is consistent with the enterprises quality and delivery standards.
- Stays current on the latest trends and best practices within their area of expertise and actively tries to incorporate them into the team s day-to-day work.
- Willingness to participate and lead in enterprise innovation initiatives.
- Ability to communicate and make recommendations to the business regarding project work.
- Promotes and mentors the team in the use of new technologies like Gen AI to be more effective and efficient in completing deliverables
- Willingness to work in shift hours (in rotation)
- Experience in support activities, incident management and resolution.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies
- Excellent organizational skills, with proven analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills
