Role & responsibilities

Responsible for achieving the targets for policy sale

and increasing the share of business

Acquire, build & maintain strategic relationships with

clients to understand customer needs

Driving cost efficient operations through optimal

use of given leads on a daily basis

Managing product mix, persistency, lead conversion

etc

Updating database and maintaining with accuracy
Achieving Goal Sheet and contest achievement on a

weekly basis.
