Qualification : Any Graduate and Above
Relevant Experience : 7 to 10 years
Must Have Skills :
1.SaaS Sales Expertise: Strong understanding and experience in selling Software-as-a-Service solutions.
2.B2B Tech Sales: Proven success in technical or enterprise-level B2B sales.
3.Leadership: Minimum of 2 years of experience leading sales teams (must be documented/on paper).
4.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage clients at all levels.
5.Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess data and metrics to inform business decisions.
6.Adaptability: Comfortable working in US shifts and dynamic business environments.Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals focused on SaaS and B2B tech sales.
2.Drive team performance against KPIs including revenue targets, lead conversion, and customer engagement metrics.
3.Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with organizational objectives.
4.Monitor individual and team metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to support sales strategies and client requirements.
5.Ensure effective communication and reporting on sales pipeline, forecasts, and business outcomes to senior leadership.
6.Maintain a strong understanding of products, market trends, and the competitive landscape to position offerings effectively.
7.Handle escalations and resolve client issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
