CARS24 is hiring for Relationship Manager:
Are you passionate about building relationships and driving business growth? At CARS24, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to drive the expansion of our dealer network. What will you drive?
- Maintain a deep knowledge of channel partner products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing channel partners.
- Identify dealer needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Provide dealers with comprehensive product/service information and guide their decision-making process.
- Ensure dealer satisfaction and retention by facilitating transactions and cross-selling products.
- Achieve retention and transaction targets.
- Resolve complaints and issues pertaining to dealers efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Conduct daily visits as per the scheduled beat, connecting dealers to the Cars24 platform.
- Travel as required for customer and dealer meetings and inspections.
