ETL Required skills:

SSIS 2016+
C#
T-SQL, SQL Server 2019+
PowerShell Scripts (coding/automation)
Dynamic coding (SSIS, TSQL)
Debug / Troubleshoot complex code and propose solutions
Performance tuning (SSIS, SQL)
Data warehousing and ETL best practices
Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Visual Studio
TFS-Code (SQL Database Project/SSDT)
Enterprise Level Applications
SDLC and Agile development cycle
RDBMS (design, modeling)
OLTP (Batch/Realtime processing)
JSON, XML Configuration and processing
SQL Service Broker or similar messaging technology
Unit/Load Testing (SSIS, TSQL)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Multi-tasking, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail
Responsible, Adaptive, Flexible

Reporting skills in addition to few above:

6-12 years Reporting Services
Ability to understand and analyze complex data sets
