Job Description
:Major Job Role:
1) Continuous recruitment of Agents to build the team.
2) To Develop the team so that they can independently do the business by meeting the customers.
3) To Review the performance of the team and Help the Team plan the business.
4) To do support calls with the team of agents to close the business.
5) to meet the Business Nos. ( Goal sheet) on all parameters.
6) To help and motivate agents to qualify for various reward and recognition and Trips , etc.
