Principal Engineer, Service Delivery

What you ll achieve
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.
You will:

• As a SME will be front ending build, implementation, and operations of end-to-end network infrastructure across multiple data center environments. Supported network infrastructure for all customer-facing product offerings for external customers.
• Configuring and deleting access rules in Firewall and troubleshooting the issues.
• F5 - Configuring and troubleshooting virtual servers, pools, health monitors, SSL profiles, irules, generating CSRs, installing and renewing SSL certs, DNS virtual server for DNS load balancing, radius authentication.
• Creating zones and DNS records - GTM
• Provide support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues

Essential Requirements

• 8-10 years strong experience on Dell Switches and F5 Load Balancing with strong hold on GTM & LTM
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Software Defined Networking such as Vmware NSX-T is required.
• Experience with the Networking technologies like routing, switching, security, load balancer, proxy, SDN, cloud etc
• Experience on Cisco UCS C240, UCS C220 servers, SAN Fabric Brocade DS6505 switches, Cisco Nexus 93180LC is desirable
• Working knowledge on routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, and static routes.

Desirable Requirements

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) preferred
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred
• ITIL v3 Foundation preferred
