Job Description

& Requirements: This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The Business Development Manager will be responsible to introduce company into the India market. He will need to uncover new business opportunities aligned to the core delivery capabilities of company. The BD manager will also have to brainstorm strategies and connect with new customers to understand their needs and obtain feedback. In addition, the BD manager will also be responsible of brand building and oversee new product launch and marketing programme for new products.   Tasks and responsibilities: 1. Initial Launch - Research and identify new features or changes for the new product that we are launching to suit the india market. 2. Develop strategies to break into market, establish partnerships and close sales. 3. Develop business plan and execute the plan along with the marketing team to accomplish goals according to the current sales and marketing strategy. 4. Review the product features regularly and identify opportunities to build better product features suitable for the India market 5. Design marketing initiatives for new products and markets. 6. Able to build sales pipeline and forecast. 7. Establishing and maintaining customer and stakeholders relationships by understanding the needs and providing the needs to advance sales process. 8. Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Engagebay to keep track of sales enquiries. 9. Monthly Report on Sales and Marketing activities 10. Any other administrative duties as required in the timely manner.   Requirements: Bachelors degree, Masters degree(e.g. MBBS, MSC) 5 years of solid business development experiences Familiar with India market, preferably in logistic industry Adaptability is critical so as to quickly respond to changing situations and priorities Demonstrate strong problem solving and decision-making acclimating to various customer needs, interests and processes. Proactive and able to multi-task All are welcome to apply if the above criteria are met.
