Job Description

We re looking for an agile and ambitious candidate who is effective in the qualities listed below, all within a rapidly growing environment.
Our ideal candidate is based near one of our central offices located in this job posting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
- Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
- Independently gather information from subject matter experts to plan, develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
- Research, develop and document technical design specifications
- Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals
- Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
- Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
- Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
- Preparing IT policy documents and user guides
- Taking training sessions on the products and Tools used across the organization on the usage of it and its best practices
Qualification and skills:
- 2 - 5 yrs of experience in IT technical documentation
- Proven experience working in a technical writing position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
