We re seeking a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have strong communication articulation skills and a keen interest in exploring different industry domains.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads in targeted industries.
Utilize LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email campaigns to reach out to prospects.
Engage in cold outreach (emails, calls, and social media) to generate interest.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs pain points.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to conversion.
Maintain update CRM records to track outreach activities and engagement.
Stay updated with industry trends developments to better understand potential client requirements.
Requirements:
Strong verbal written communication skills ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
Interest or basic understanding of E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, Healthcare, and Fintech is a plus. Willingness to learn new tools and technologies used in lead generation.
Prior experience working with CRM systems or understanding of the lead cycle is a bonus.
A self-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently in a team.
