Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through direct meetings, networking, and cold calling.
- Present products/services clearly and convincingly to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system with leads and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Update CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: BBA or MBA (Marketing or related specialization preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a positive attitude.
