Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst cum Project Coordinator to bridge business needs with technical solutions in a product-based company. The role involves requirement gathering, project coordination, stakeholder communication, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Collaborate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure alignment.
Create wireframes, process flows, and user stories.
Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks.
Conduct UAT, document findings, and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters in IT, or related field.
3+ years as a BA/Project Coordinator in a product-based environment.
Strong knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, and Python.
Experience with Agile, SDLC, JIRA, and documentation tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
