Job Title: Senior Architect Healthcare

Job Summary

Senior Architect Healthcare to join our dynamic design firm. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare facility planning, medical programming, and regulatory compliance, along with strong design and project management skills. You will play a key role in leading healthcare projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering innovative, patient-centric design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and planning of hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities from concept to execution including managing sales leads by undertaking customer interaction.

2. Set costs and project fees according to budget and assist in closing of leads by undertaking design due diligence.

3. Develop master plans and layouts that prioritize patient safety, infection control, and operational efficiency.

4. Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations (e.g., NABH, JCI, FGI, ADA).

5. Coordinate with stakeholders including hospital administrators, medical professionals, and engineering teams.
