Job Description

Serving as an assistant trainee, developing the fundamental knowledge, skills, and abilities to sort information from files, records, and databases

Providing support to higher-graded specialists and leads.
Assisting with analyzing, evaluating, and developing human resources activities for the effective operation of the agency.
Utilizing various systems for personnel processing.
Assisting HR Specialists and others by performing structured segments of their work or participating in projects and studies.
Assisting employees in preparing and submitting a variety of personnel forms
Responding to inquiries concerning HR entitlements, services, and processing procedures.
Researching and obtaining relevant information regarding HR processes.
Providing advice and guidance to other team members to address applicant inquiries.
Preparing summaries of information in preparation for further analysis and processing.

Qualifications

Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Basic Knowledge on HR process
Flexible with Night shifts
Flexible with Bachelors degree(BBA) 2023 Passed Outs Only
