Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Salary: 40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
Experience Required: 4 to 5 years
Industry: Hospitality (Star-category hotel experience preferred)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Gender: Open to all genders
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in hotel sales, preferably in a 3-star or higher rated property.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic hospitality CRM tools.
