Job Overview: CarDekho Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Region Head to lead and manage our sales team in Delhi NCR. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital and concept selling, along with proven team management skills. The Region Head will oversee the sales efforts across Delhi, managing a team of Dealer Sales Managers (DSMs) and Key Account Managers, driving sales growth, and ensuring business objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 sales professionals, including DSMs and Key Account Managers.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, providing regular feedback and support to meet sales objectives.
Must-Have Skills:
Excel: Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
