Reports To: Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Kada agara main road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562149


Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Second Smart Refurbishment Centre. The individual will be responsible for promoting and selling our refurbished home appliances, including TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners, directly to customers. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company committed to quality and sustainability.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Identify and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Initiate conversations with potential customers to introduce our range of refurbished appliances.
  • Sales Execution: Drive sales by effectively showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct detailed product demos for prospective customers, both in-store and through virtual platforms.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies, both online and offline.
  • Customer Service: Provide after-sales support, including solving product-related queries and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting: Regularly update the CRM system and prepare sales reports for the management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the refurbishment and quality control teams to stay updated on product availability and features.
  1. Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.(preferably in the home appliances sector.

       2. Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiant at Digital media like Facebook, Instagram for selling the appliances
  • Personal Qualities: Customer-centric mindset, self-motivated, and goal-orient
