Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Technical Content Writer who can bring clarity, precision, and value to complex topics in the medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) industry .
You will be responsible for creating high-quality, industry-specific content, including blogs, web pages, case studies, white papers, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media posts targeted toward healthcare executives, providers, and billing professionals.
Key Responsibilities - Develop, research, and write clear, accurate, and engaging content focused on healthcare technology solutions .
- Own the end-to-end content lifecycle, ideation, creation, editing, proofreading, publishing, and performance tracking .
- Produce content for multiple platforms , including the website, blogs, white papers, case studies, landing pages, social media, corporate decks, newsletters, marketing emails, and paid media campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with growth marketing, RCM subject matter experts (SMEs), sales teams , and designers to align content with business goals and brand voice.
- Translate complex healthcare concepts into easy-to-understand and client-facing narratives .
- Conduct independent research to stay updated on healthcare billing trends, CMS/Medicare changes, payer policy shifts, and regulatory developments.
- Track content success through KPIs such as engagement rates, organic traffic growth, lead generation, and brand visibility.
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and oral) and good communication skills.
- Must have impeccable grammar, punctuation, and command over the language
- Good knowledge of social media platforms their nuances and new-age communication tools
- Flair to understand the Healthcare Billing industry, services, and processes of the Medical Billing company and present lucid content on the same
- Self-starter and highly motivated with a blend of creativity to churn out content at short notice for multiple purposes.
- Quick learner and ability to pick up nuances of the industry to incorporate the style and jargon in the content
- Good stakeholder management
- Prior Healthcare Industry experience is an advantage
- Related professional courses would be an added advantage
- Preferred 2+ years of experience in content writing
