Job Description

    About the job 1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making job offers.
2. Utilize excellent spoken and written English skills to communicate effectively with candidates, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
3. Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as maintaining candidate databases, creating job descriptions, and scheduling interviews.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
5. Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other organizations to expand the talent pool and strengthen our employer brand.
