Brief about the Team
Category team is a center of excellence within Tata 1mg. The team executes cross functional tasks in order to improve selection, pricing and service. The team works with manufacturers for growing their brands on the platform. The working span across business verticals including e-pharma, institutional business, e-diagnostics, and retail.
What will you do-
- Interpret the drug data correctly
- Analyze attributes of drug data using authenticate sources from web and sources provided
- Provide reports for the ongoing tasks
- Filter and review the drug data to achieve quality
- Track new products and does data entry as necessary
- Answer routine customer service queries and refer the concerned person if required
- Sound knowledge of Pharmacology.
- Closely co-ordinate with the customer support team. Send and receive email messages to/from the customer services team to solve the issues in the specified time frame
