• Provide hands-on support for laptops, servers, and IT services, using the IT Helpdesk to track cases.
• Collaborate with the Global IT team and follow processes to maintain IT service health.
• Manage core IT services like VMware, backups, Microsoft services, VPN, softphones, and Wi-Fi.
• Produce weekly reports, work with vendors for services/licenses, and create scripts for automation.

• Engineering graduate with 5+ years of experience.
• In-depth working experience on Microsoft Windows servers (including Active Directory and DNS), windows 10/11, Dell Laptops, MacBook, and Office 365 administrations.
• Knowledge of VMWARE, Networking technologies (including VPN and Wi-Fi) and scripting.

Written test (takes 120 minutes)
