Job Description


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within SAP ERP and related technology markets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers across industries.
  • Collaborate with the delivery and technical teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Mentor and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, preferably in consulting or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems and technology-driven solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a global sales team.
  • Experience working with multinational clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Prerequisites:


  1. At least 10 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in ERP sales. SAP sales experience is highly preferred.
  2. Strong connections with mid-level and enterprise customers in India, particularly with CXOs.
  3. Hands-on experience with SAP solutions is a significant advantage.
  4. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Role and Knowledge Requirements:


  • Responsible for business development activities and managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closures and collections.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong CXO-level relationships in SME, mid-market, and large enterprises to drive sales.
  • Knowledge of "Rise with SAP," SAP S/4 HANA Cloud (Private and Public Cloud), and other SAP solutions is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Must be a team player with excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English, Hindi. Proficiency in presentation and proposal creation is essential.
  • Strong understanding of sales, pre-sales, and negotiation processes is crucial.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is an added advantage.
