Job Description
Role Overview
The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of AV and technology integration projects in Bangalore. This is a client-facing, on-site role responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 3 years managing work at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AV and technology integration projects from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage site activities, supervise installation teams, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and changes.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide clear, timely communication to all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project close-out, including client training, documentation, and handover.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in AV, technology, construction, or related industries.
- At least 3 years of hands-on site management experience, overseeing installation and execution at client locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact confidently with clients, vendors, and teams at all levels.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Proficient in project management tools, MS Office, and documentation practices.
- PMP or similar project management certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel locally as required for project needs.
