Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan, prepare and lead projects, programs or support cross-functional initiatives following from start to finish.
Provide timely and insightful project status updates and steer the projects accordingly.
Ensuring proper planning, documentation and change management towards the stakeholders
Maintain strong relationships within the KBS Operations team, as well as with Area Business Line, Functions, Process Owners and Area process experts.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing transformation methodology by sharing ideas, expertise and time to make it better

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in business administration, engineering or from a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in project management, with proven business results
Big 4 consultants with diverse project management experience preferred

Minimum of 8 years of relevant hands-on experience in project management, ideally leading global cross-functional projects such as transitions, quality or development within the shared services environment
Certified project management professional (PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM) preferred
Lean and Six Sigma Training/certification preferred.
