Job Description
Job Title: Revenue Manager
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Department: Revenue & Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for banquets and event spaces, including birthday parties, movie premieres, and private functions.
- Drive growth by developing and closing non-ticket revenue streams such as advertising, F&B combos, merchandising, and sponsorships.
- Build strategic partnerships with brands for in-cinema promotions, sampling, and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Sell and manage in-cinema media inventory, including on-screen advertisements, lobby displays, digital signage, and branding activations.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with corporate clients, event planners, online aggregators, travel agencies, and wedding planners.
- Achieve an average 70% occupancy rate across all auditoriums by proactively selling and promoting venue usage.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, media agencies, and participation in industry events and expos.
- Develop customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Work in close collaboration with the operations team to ensure flawless execution of all events and campaigns.
- Regularly prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
