Job Description
Note -
- Job Profile - AWS CLOUD SUPPORT ENGINEER
- Job location: Kalkaji, New Delhi. Apply only if you are open to WFO and Delhi location.
- Second technical round will be face-to-face (F2F). Apply only if you are comfortable with it.
- Salary: Up to 20% hike on your current salary, based on the interview.

Role & responsibilities
- Be responsible for the planning, implementation, and growth of the AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Build, release, and manage the configuration of all production systems.
- Developing workflows, scripts, and integrating systems with APIs.
- Manage a continuous integration and deployment methodology for server-based technologies.
- Work alongside architecture and engineering teams to design and implement any scalable software services.
- Ensure necessary system security by using best in class cloud security solutions.
- Stay current with new technology options and vendor products, evaluating which ones would be a good fit for the company.
- Implement continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines when necessary.
- Recommend process and architecture improvements.
- Troubleshoot the system and solve problems across all platform and application domains.
- Oversee pre-production acceptance testing to ensure the high quality of a companys services and products.
- Play a key role in migrating and transforming legacy solutions to the cloud.
- Must have knowledge of Virtual Machines infrastructure.
Required Skills:
- Experience designing and building web application environments on AWS, including services
- such as EC2, S3, ELB, RDS, etc.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, Ansible, Artifactory, Sonar
- Qube in a cloud environment.
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server system administration.
- Experience with installing and configuring application servers such as WebLogic, JBoss and
- Tomcat.
- Ability to create and utilize AWS Cloud Formation templates to automate creation of AWS
- images.
- Proficient in developing scripts and scripting languages.
- A team player capable of high performance, flexibility in a dynamic working environment and
- the ability to lead.
- Skill and ability to train others on technical and procedural topics
