Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MD (Internal Medicine) doctor to join our clinical team to
provide expert-level medical consultations through digital platforms. This role combines clinical
expertise with strategic support to ensure high-quality patient care in a tech-driven healthcare
setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert e-consultations via video/audio/chat for adult patients across a range of
medical conditions.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic and acute illnesses in accordance with
evidence-based guidelines.
- Support clinical decision-making across the platform, including second opinions,
escalated cases, and protocol development.
- Collaborate with allied specialists, care coordinators, and support teams for integrated
patient care.
- Guide junior doctors and review complex cases when needed.
- Participate in medical content development (e.g., health articles, protocol reviews,
FAQs).
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation using EMR tools.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards for telemedicine and data privacy.
Required Qualifications:
- MD in Internal Medicine from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with MCI/NMC or State Medical Council.
- 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably with exposure to telemedicine or outpatient
care.
- Strong diagnostic skills and sound clinical judgment.
- Comfortable using technology for patient interactions and medical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English; regional languages are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with digital health platforms or corporate health setups.
- Interest in chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders).
- Team leadership or mentoring experience
