Role & responsibilities:
Handle international calls from clients across various time zones (US/UK), Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat to resolve customer queries and concerns. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software
Preferred candidate profile:
Minimum 1 Year of experience in Customer Support either, Voice/ Non -Voice with excellent communication skills.
